Focused training geared for individuals with specific goals within the sport of CrossFit. These 30 minutes sessions are dedicated toward developing one particular skill of the athlete’s choosing.

YES! CrossFit is for everyone. We pride ourselves at Steel Furnace CrossFit on our inclusivity. We’ve had members ranging from 15 years old to 65 years young step inside our 4 walls. Our “box” is formed with every type of competitor: from former collegiate athletes to weekend warriors to those just looking to get started on a path to their own fitness. We’ve had weight loss successes, body image transformations.
NO! That’s what we’re here for. 🙂 It will be difficult, no matter how good (or not) of shape you’re currently in. And yes, it helps to be in shape. But no good thing in life comes without hard work. Life’s greatest successes are borne out of our greatest efforts. All we ask out of you, is for you to put in one hour of effort while you’re within our walls.

Athletes who look like your typical marble-carved statues do not get that way by doing CrossFit 3 times a week. Their bodies are the results of YEARS of hard work and dedication – not only in the gym, but in the kitchen and every decision in their personal lives, as well.

Membership Hold Request

Temporary Suspension

This is not a termination request.

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 7 business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

Membership hold requests are available in 15 day, 1 month, and 2 month increments. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled for the prorated amount remaining. All payments are non-refundable.

Termination of your membership before the end of your contract period will require a termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on as outlined in your contract.
